Today is a time to reflect on the courage, sacrifice, and resilience of those who have served, and to honour the people and stories that have shaped our country.
It’s a day that carries a lot of meaning for many, and one that reminds us to slow down, take stock, and show gratitude for the freedoms we often take for granted.

It’s shaping up to be a bit of a red-themed week over here, with some beautiful seasonal produce and seafood coming through in full colour 🍎🍊

🍊 Organic Ruby Grapefruit – Sunzest Citrus
Bright, juicy, and just the right balance of sweet and tart. Enjoy these fresh, scooped with a drizzle of honey, juiced with soda water, or tossed through a salad with some prawns and avocado… chef’s kiss 👌
🍎 Organic Southern Bliss Apples – R&R Smith, TAS
Crisp, juicy, and grown without the usual chemical load you’ll find in conventional apples. These are the kind of apples that actually taste the way apples should… a little nostalgic, a little imperfect, and a whole lot better for you than the ones you’ll find at the supermarket.

🦐 Wild-caught NT Tiger Prawns – Collin’s Seafood
We only have a limited supply of these babies this week… so if you’ve been craving prawns, now’s your moment! These would go great in a salad with those grapefruits we mentioned earlier. 👀
🐟 Wild-caught Whole Crimson Snapper – Collin’s Seafood
Don’t be intimidated by a whole fish… It’s actually one of the easiest (and most delicious) ways to cook it. Pop some citrus and herbs into the cavity, drizzle with olive oil, and straight into the oven or onto the BBQ. Simple, fresh, and seriously impressive with very little effort
A quick heads up too... you might notice a small price increase across our Collin's wild-caught seafood range. Our fishers up in the NT have been hit hard by rising diesel costs, both out on the water and when it comes to getting the seafood down to us.

Our new Joy Wholefoods branded boxes and vans are in the works, and we can’t wait to show them off! Everything’s starting to look and feel a whole lot more joyful ‘round here!
