From Happy Hens to Wholesome Meals

Each egg tells the story of farms that believe in doing things naturally. Our partners at Echo Valley and Belvedere Farms raise their chickens on open pastures where they can roam, peck and rest without stress. This calm environment leads to stronger shells, richer flavour and better nutrition for every household meal. The hens eat a clean diet from the land, which naturally boosts the quality of their eggs.

Because they live in tune with the seasons, the eggs may vary in size and color throughout the year. This is what real farming looks like, where the land and animals work together in balance. Every dozen is hand-gathered with care and delivered fresh to your kitchen, making every bite more nourishing, more ethical and more satisfying.
