Our organic and pasture raised chickens are raised with care on lush open pastures, where they can forage freely and grow at a natural pace. This slower, more ethical approach means better texture, richer flavour, and higher nutritional quality than conventional chicken raised in confinement. Because we work closely with small regenerative farms, stock can vary depending on the season and harvest cycles, but we always do our best to keep your favorites available.
