Payment must be received before orders are dispatched or made available for collection.
4. Delivery and Collection
Delivery times and pickup windows are estimates only and may occasionally vary due to weather, traffic, supplier delays or operational issues.
If you choose a pickup point, you acknowledge you may be entering a private home or business location and do so at your own risk.
Once an order has been delivered or made available for collection at the nominated location, it becomes your responsibility to promptly collect, unpack and store items appropriately.
5. Fresh Food and Quality
We sell real food grown with care. Organic and spray free produce may not always look identical to conventional produce. Natural marks, size differences, colour variation and occasional insects can occur.
Please inspect your order promptly on arrival.
