Why a minimum order?
Every order takes time and care to pack. We reuse boxes and keep costs as low as possible, but minimum orders help cover packing costs so we can keep our grocery prices affordable without losing money on orders.
How delivery costs work
Our delivery fees help cover drivers, vehicle maintenance and getting your groceries to you. Southern Gold Coast deliveries travel further from our warehouse. For areas our vans can't reach, we use a refrigerated courier, with higher transport costs and packaging we can't collect and reuse.
Our temporary fuel levy
The levy helps cover the current cost of diesel. It's temporary, and we hope to remove it as diesel prices come back down.
Please return your packaging
For all local deliveries, please return your box and packaging so we can reuse them. This helps reduce waste and keep costs down. Thank you!

Please note the time frame provided is an estimate of when our driver will arrive at the pick-up location each week. We will send a confirmation text message with a more specific time two days prior to your collection date.
Remember we also offer home delivery right across Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Gympie, Toowoomba and Northern NSW.
Please try to collect from our pick-up points within 5 hours to ensure your box isn't sitting out too long. It is your responsibility to remember to collect your order.
