Provided your order was collected or received at the designated time, we may offer a replacement, store credit or refund for items that are faulty, damaged, missing or not up to standard.
Please note that organically grown and spray free produce is natural food grown with care. It may not always look perfectly polished like conventional chemically treated produce. Shapes, sizes, colour variations and the occasional friendly insect are a normal part of real food.
If any item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos so our team can assess the issue promptly.
If an item is missing from your order, please let us know within 24 to 48 hours and we will work quickly to resolve it.
Where appropriate, remedies may include:
• replacement of the item
• store credit
• refund for the affected item
