Farmacy Weekly Report 2026 Week #29

Fresh blood orange slices on chopping board

Hey foodie! 👋🍊

We hope you've had a lovely week so far and are settling into the rhythm that winter tends to bring. There's plenty of good food making its way through the farms right now, and we're especially excited about all the beautiful seasonal citrus starting to shine!

Here's what we're loving this week...

🌿 FROM THE FARMS 🌿

🍓 Strawberry season is well and truly here!

Our certified organic strawberries have been absolutely divine and are flying out the door. It's one of our favourite signs that winter has arrived, and we can't wait to watch prices come down a little as the season gets into full swing.

❤️ Red Passionfruit has arrived!

Sweet, tangy and packed with flavour, we're excited to welcome beautiful red passionfruit from Mangos R Us. They're perfect over yoghurt, on your morning oats or simply eaten straight from the shell.

Fresh Organic Snow Peas

We've also welcomed crisp organic snow peas from Beau Vista Organic Farm. They're delicious raw in lunchboxes, tossed through stir fries or added to salads for a little extra crunch.

🍽️ NEW IN THE FREEZER

The Good Farm Shop range continues to grow!

This week we've added:

🥧 Shepherd's Pie

🍛 Beef Massaman Curry

Perfect for those evenings when life gets busy but you still want a nourishing meal made with quality ingredients.

🎙️ WE HAD A GREAT CHAT...

This week Kristen joined Alyce from Mums for Wellness for an Instagram Live all about organic food, regenerative farming and feeding your family healthy food without blowing the budget.

One of the biggest myths we talked about is that eating organic always costs more. The reality is that with a little planning, meal planning and buying seasonal produce, many families actually spend less than they would shopping at the supermarket.

Better food, healthier families and supporting farmers who are caring for our land... we think that's a pretty good investment. 💚

It has been a slightly quieter couple of weeks while many families have been away enjoying the school holidays. We're looking forward to seeing everyone settle back into routine this week and filling lots of boxes with beautiful seasonal produce once again.

Thanks for tuning into this week's Foodie Update!

May your fruit bowl stay full, your meals be nourishing, and your weekend be wonderfully joyful 💛
