It's been a big week at Joy, with a few changes, a few surprises, and one very exciting new team member...
Firstly, we've made some updates to our seasonal fruit and veg boxes. We've done our best to keep prices steady for as long as possible, but it was becoming harder and harder to fit enough beautiful produce into our Medium, Large, XL and Ultimate Farm Boxes while maintaining the value we believe they should offer.
Rather than shrinking the boxes, we've increased the price slightly and increased the value inside. We think you'll find the new pricing is much more in line with what you'd expect from a generously sized seasonal box, and we're excited for you to see the difference.
🌿 FROM THE FARMS 🌿
New this week, we're welcoming gorgeous certified organic snow peas from Beau Vista Farms, the same lovely people who produce Cleopatra's Bath Milk.
We've also restocked some customer favourites:
🐑 Lamb cuts from Clearview Lamb
🐖 Pork ribs, pork belly and pork roasts from Belvedere Farm
And in a happy little accident, we discovered a stash of Benetto Dark Coffee Chocolate that we didn't even realise we'd ordered! To celebrate our surprise find (and because everyone loves a bargain), we've also got bonus Barambah Full Cream Milk available this week. We've popped both on special while stocks last.
MEET BLUEBERRY!
After many late nights and more than a few cups of coffee, we're excited to introduce Blueberry, our brand-new AI assistant.
Blueberry is still in training, so please go easy on her while she learns the ropes. Think of her as the newest member of the Joy team, eager to help but still figuring a few things out!
The exciting part? Blueberry will eventually be able to do much more than answer your questions.
Forgot to add eggs or milk to your order? Need to update your delivery address? Want to remove an item at the last minute?
Simply jump onto our website, click the little chat button and ask Blueberry for help. Over time, she'll be able to make changes to your order faster than we can, helping make your Joy experience even easier.
