Well, would you look at that… RAIN! 🌧️ And goodness, was it welcome.
After a pretty tough dry spell, many of our farmers have finally had a little relief over the past week. It's been a challenging time for growers, with dry conditions making life on the land that much harder.
Thankfully, our regenerative farmers have been thinking ahead, using cover crops to help protect their soil, retain moisture and keep things as healthy as possible through the dry.
Unfortunately, the outlook for the rest of the year isn't looking particularly promising on the rain front, so we're keeping everything crossed for a few more good downpours.
If you've got a spare rain dance in you, now would be a good time to bust it out. 💃🌧️
In happier news, we've got some beautiful fresh produce on special this week, a few new goodies on the shelves and some exciting things on the way!

Calling all yoghurt lovers!
We've welcomed Mungalli's beautiful 800g Biodynamic Organic Natural Greek Yoghurt to the shelves.
Thick, creamy and deliciously tangy, it's made using organic biodynamic milk and is wonderfully versatile.
Spoon it over fresh fruit and granola, add a dollop to curries, blend it into smoothies or mix it with lemon, garlic and fresh dill for an easy homemade dressing.
Speaking of which… that spray-free dill from Farmer Kel would go beautifully with this. Just saying. 😉

We've got MMMore Power Cubes heading our way, and they're going to be a very handy addition to the snack drawer.

We've also got a couple of exciting new additions coming from Kimchi Club!
Their Wild Fermented Ginger and Wild Fermented Garlic are made using an organic vegan culture, bringing a delicious depth of flavour to everyday cooking.
Think stir-fries, marinades, dressings, sauces and all those meals that could use a little extra oomph.
We're always up for finding easy ways to make real food taste even better, so we're excited to give these a go!
