The team at Symons Dairy Co cure their regular cheddar for a minimum of 6 months, then individually choose the superior wheels of cheese to age for an extra six months. Unlike many mass-market vintage cheddars that offer mainly sharpness and pungency, this cheese has a balanced, yet full-bodied cheddar taste with a pleasant, clean flavour. An excellent addition to any cheese board.
Certified Organic and made from certified organic milk produced by pastured-raised cows.
