These grass fed and finished beef tallow potato fries, dusted with a pinch of Celtic sea salt, are what happens when a butcher dreams big. Made in small batches by hand in Cobaki, NSW, they’re crispy, golden, and fair dinkum delicious — seed-oil free and packed with honest flavour. Born from a mission to waste less and taste more, they’re the kind of bite you can feel good about sharing around the kitchen table. Honest food, made for hungry families.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 200°C, place fries on a tray, and bake for 25 minutes, shaking the tray twice during cooking. Serve with a grass-fed steak and bone broth gravy.
