Kehoe's organic Aussie ginger is fully fermented before being jarred. This traditional fermentation process helps break down the ginger, making it easier to tolerate while naturally preserving its goodness and creating a delicious probiotic-rich paste.
Kehoe's Kitchen uses WILD Fermentation, relying on the naturally occurring beneficial bacteria found on fresh produce rather than added starter cultures. This traditional method allows Mother Nature to do her thing, creating a nourishing fermented food packed with flavour.
Use it raw in smoothies, fresh juices, salad dressings or dips for a delicious ginger kick. Stir into hot water to make a warming ginger tea, or add to curries, stir-fries and other Asian-inspired dishes as you would fresh ginger. For maximum probiotic benefits, add to hot dishes at the end of cooking once the heat has been switched off.
