Our ham/bacon hocks comes from Belvedere Farm, a regenerative family farm located between Woodford and Maleny in South East Queensland. We work closely with Nick and Brydie because they share our commitment to genuine food, ethical farming and caring for the land. Their pigs are raised on chemical free pastures with a strong focus on animal welfare and soil health.
Belvedere Farm ham and bacon are naturally flavourful, tender and made without unnecessary additives. Because the pork is raised with care and without chemicals, the ham has a clean taste and gentle sweetness that makes it a family favourite. This is real ham from farmers you can trust, made the way ham should be.
Fresh deliveries, frozen for freshness
All our meat comes FROZEN. We receive fresh deliveries every week and freeze meat immediately on arrival to preserve freshness and quality. We sell a lot of meat each week and carefully rotate our stock, so it moves quickly through our freezers.
When a product is frozen before its fresh best-before date, freezing preserves freshness and extends its shelf life while it remains frozen. Dates specified for frozen storage still apply.
How your order travels
Local deliveries are packed in well-insulated styrofoam boxes with ice packs. Courier orders use cardboard packaging with ice packs and travel with a refrigerated courier, keeping your order cold to your door.
We'll send you an estimated delivery time. Please bring your order inside and unpack promptly, especially courier orders, as cardboard offers less insulation than styrofoam.
Storing frozen products
Some partial thawing may occur during transit. If your product has stayed fridge-cold and is still partly frozen when it arrives, you can refreeze it promptly.
