Kaffir lime leaves are used a lot in South East Asian cooking. They're native to Indonesia and have an intense citrus flavour. Add them to curries, soup and stir fries.
Our fresh kaffir lime leaves are grown with no sprays, using organic farming practices at Farmer Kel's farm near Woodford.
