Made with certified organic vegetables, Kehoe's Kitchen Organic White Kimchi is a deliciously crunchy, tangy fermented favourite with a gentle kick of chilli, ginger and garlic.
Kehoe's Kitchen uses a unique two-stage fermentation process to ensure every batch is properly fermented and packed with naturally occurring probiotics. Their traditional wild fermentation method allows beneficial bacteria to develop naturally, creating a nourishing, flavourful food that's great for adding a little goodness to everyday meals.
This delicious kimchi is completely vegan and made without fish sauce, added sugar, rice starch, soy sauce, artificial flavours or preservatives. It's also an award-winning ferment, having received Gold at the 2016 Australian Food Awards.
