Made with 100% Australian certified organic and grass-fed lamb, it contains no added hormones, antibiotics or synthetic additives. No nasties, no shortcuts, just clean, honest meat you can trust.
For the best finish, rest your lamb for 1 minute per 100g after cooking. This allows the natural juices to redistribute, resulting in a beautifully juicy and tender roast.
