Dickie and Megan Turnbull from Clearview Lamb are passionate multigenerational farmers breeding Suffolk lambs on their farm just outside of Toowoomba. Clearview lambs are primarily grass-fed on chemical-free pastures and diverse multi-species cover crop forage that is seasonally planted into the existing living pasture, resulting in highly nutritionally dense flavoursome lamb. Whilst not actively fed to them, Clearview lambs also have access to some grain feed consisting of barley grain and faba beans (absolutely no soy or corn).

Please also note this product is frozen immediately upon our receipt to preserve freshness. Any best before date on the packaging will be preserved due to the product being frozen.
