Demeter Biodynamic milk has a purity of flavour that comes from healthy cows that pasture graze on family run bio-dynamic farms in the Goulburn Murray districts of Victoria (specifically from the Peterson, Pell & Robertson family farms). Mixed herds of Jersey, Friesians and Australian Illawarras (predominantly A2 genetics) fed naturally on pasture without artificial fertilisers, synthetic chemicals or GMOs provide fresh, rich & creamy milk.
