About the Macadamias

At Ecodamia, Stewart Neilson handles every stage of production on-farm, from harvesting and cracking through to roasting and packing. This means the nuts are processed quickly after harvest and sealed at peak freshness, with no unnecessary handling in between.
Rather than roasting in oil, these macadamias are dry roasted to let the natural character of the nut come through. The Celtic sea salt is used sparingly, adding a gentle seasoning that complements rather than competes with the nut's inherent sweetness. Stewart Neilson and his family run Ecodamia at Greens Creek, near Gympie in Queensland, under certified organic management.
