Woodland Valley Farm's Zucca Arancini are handcrafted in small batches in the heart of the Northern Rivers using premium local ingredients and traditional Italian inspiration. Each golden arancini is filled with creamy arborio rice, roasted pumpkin, mascarpone, parmesan, fragrant sage and roasted hazelnuts, with a vibrant basil pesto centre. Perfect as an appetiser, light meal or entertaining platter, these ready-to-heat arancini deliver authentic flavour with every bite.
We recommend defrosting in the fridge before heating. Remove from packaging and place on a lined baking tray. Heat in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, or until heated through and crisp on the outside. Serve on their own or alongside fresh pasta, salads or your favourite Woodland Valley Farm sauces.
